When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. If you become a paying member, we also collect your name and payment details, processed securely through Wix Payments, we do not store your card details ourselves.

We use your details to send you waitlist updates, membership communications, and information about the club, book picks, meeting dates, and general news. We will only send you promotional content beyond this if you've separately given us consent to do so.

3. Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as Wix, for hosting and payments) who help us run the site and manage communications.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
